This training was developed by Texas SPED Support in collaboration with the Texas Education Agency. 

Texas SPED Support has developed an online Inclusionary Coaching Guide to provide guidance to coaches for leading a team towards inclusive education for students with significant cognitive disabilities and complex access needs. This course provides additional guidance to the coach in understanding their role, coaching techniques, and responsibilities of the team members that may be on an inclusive education implementation team.

The learning objectives for this training are:

• Describe the role of a coach on an inclusive education implementation team.
• Describe coaching techniques that can be utilized by the coach.
• Describe roles and responsibilities of team members that may be on an inclusive education implementation team.
