Full course description
This is the ninth course in a series of 10, 60-90 minute online courses. After completing the Autism Assessment Toolkit Part 9: Identifying Females with autism, the participant will be able to discuss:
- the “gender gap” in the identification of autism between boys and girls and its implications
- strategies to increase awareness and improved identification of females with autism
- some of the ways females may “mask” and “camouflage” their behavior
- strategies and solutions for identifying females with autism.
