In this course, educators will understand how specially designed instruction is supported through co-planning and explore methodology for data-driven collaborative meetings. Additionally, they will create a co-planning agenda and action plan to support effective implementation.
This course is designed for educators of PK-12 schools; however, all learners are welcome.This course is all about turning co-planning sessions into a powerhouse for specially designed instruction. You’ll learn how strategic co-planning can elevate support for all learners and discover practical ways to hold data-driven collaborative meetings that actually move the needle. By the end, you’ll walk away with your own co-planning agenda and an action plan you can put into practice immediately.
