Chapter 5: Facilitation of Collaborative Planning (Instructional Leader)

In this course, instructional leaders will learn how to create a sample agenda for a collaborative meeting using before, during, and after procedures. A case study will be provided to help practice facilitating a collaborative meeting effectively.

This course is designed for instructional leaders of PK-12 schools; however, all learners are welcome.
