Title III Enhancing Instructional Opportunities for Immigrant Students details the accountability Title III, Part A-funded local education agencies (LEAs) are held to while providing services for immigrant children and youth. LEAs that experience an unexpected increase in the number or percentage of the immigrant student population must be prepared to provide activities focused on enhancing instructional opportunities for this population and to ensure state academic standards can be met.
