This course will provide teachers and administrators a better understanding of how to design early childhood instruction to meet the needs of English learners’ language development as well as how to examine the critical areas of academic success.  Participants who successfully complete the Effective Early Childhood Instruction for Young ELs course will earn 3 CPE hours. This is a Title III course.
