Full course description
- This course details the accountability Title III, Part A-funded local educational agencies (LEAs) are held to while providing services for immigrant children and youth. LEAs that experience an unexpected increase in the number or percentage of immigrant student population must be prepared to provide activities focused on enhancing instructional opportunities for this population and ensure state academic standards can be met. Participants who successfully complete the Enhancing Instructional Opportunities for Immigrant Students course will earn 3 CPE hours.
