This course walks you through the complete quality review process—from how programs are evaluated to how your team produces the final report. You'll learn the purpose of the three weekly team meetings (unpacking, consensus, and drafting) and how each one builds on the last. By the end, you'll know what's expected of you at every stage of the two-week indicator review cycle and how your work contributes to the IMRA quality review reports.
